  • Requests for returns or refunds must be submitted within 30 days after order delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened and in original packaging. Customers bear return shipping costs unless goods are defective or wrongfully shipped by us.
  • A reasonable restocking fee may apply for non-defective returned goods.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–15 business days after we receive and inspect returned items.
